Delivery Policy
International Delivery
For flowers & gifts to be delivered out side of Singapore, please refer to it's country delivery policy. For oil painting and other gifts, the shipping cost ect is different, please refer to it's shipping information under the belonging catalog.
Local
Delivery In Singapore>General Delivery Delivery fee is excluded in the quoted price unless special mentioned. Weekday normal time period delivery fee is SGD$15 per destination per delivery date. Delivery fee SGD$25 is applied for Sunday and public holidays, including Valentine's day period 13-14Feb. Extra charges will be requested for special delivery time slot and super hot peak season. We will update you by email for delivery status.
For multiple deliveries, please
specify clearly each delivery
dates when
placing orders. Our delivery schedules are as follows. All time and
date stated are based on Singapore time and date. Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

Orders will be delivered over the time range selected by the customers. However, due to unpredictable traffic condition and unforeseen circumstance, the delivery may be out of the requested time range.
Important
notice: For Valentine's day delivery on 14/FEB, we are sorry to
inform you that we are unable to fulfill your request of special
delivery time slot. Full refund will be given for undelivered orders. However we will deliver to the office address during
office hours.
We don't accept responsibilities for late or
non-deliveries under following conditions:
- Recipient is not present at the address given within
those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
- The given address is incorrect.
- No such a person at the given address.
- No valid contact telephone number was given for us to
make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to make
delivery successfully.
- Hospital
and hotel deliveries please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital
before scheduling the delivery.
- The
florist will leave the package at the door step if no one is home and a signature is
not required.
Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of SGD$15 will be applicable. Changes
to address information at the same day of the delivery date will
result as a Re-delivery Charge. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients.
This order is chargeable at 35% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes. -
Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $15 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
Due to some delivery schedule, we are not able to accept redirection
delivery requested by recipient.
Local
Delivery In Singapore> Express & Midnight Delivery
- If delivery is to be made within 2 hours after confirmation, there will be an
additional charge of S$10.00. Please note this is subjected to availability of
our delivery drivers. Please call us at (65) 64527705. We reserve the right to turn down requests if
resources are not available.
- If delivery is to be made at specific time (e.g. at
12pm) or within a very short time frame (e.g. 4pm to 4.30pm). Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. The additional charge for
this super express delivery is $25. Please call us at (65)
64527705. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.
- The additional surcharge for midnight delivery is $40. Please call us at (65) 64527705. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.
Local Delivery In Singapore> Charges For Restricted Areas
Kindly note that an additional charge of S$15 will be added for the following restricted areas. This additional charge is imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.
1. Airport Cargo Complex
2. All Army Camps
3. Jurong Island
4. All PSA Ports
5. Sentosa Island
There are no delivery available for the above area during peak seasons like Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day. Thank you.
Local Delivery In Singapore> Cake Delivery
Kindly note that for cake deliveries, there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.
International Delivery
Global deliveries are made to locations outside of Singapore. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. For more details delivery information, please refer to the policy of the delivery destination.
