If the colour/design you ordered is not available, will be replaced with a colour close to it. We will arrange it in a pretty presentation. Matching ribbon will be tied to the balloons to give them extra festive look.
Please take note: Helium latex stay afloat for approximately 5-6 hours outdoor, 6-8 hours in door. Self collection is available in our retails store at Ang Mo Kio area.
